Dışarıda iz bırakmadan ağız içinden yapılan kesi ile yanağa dolgunluk veren yağa ulaşılır ve yağ yastığı alınır. Hasta aynı gün taburcu edilir. Hasta 3-4 gün yumuşak diyetle beslenir ve gargara kullanır. Dikişlerin alınmasına gerek yoktur. Yüz çok dolgun ise yüz ve gıdı liposuction aynı anda da yapılabilir.
